This assignment is designed to develop your ability to: • Identify the activities, event data and master data that you would expect to find in a core business process – in the case of this assignment, Order to Cash • Use this general understanding as a basis for designing a segment of an Order to Cash process for a specific industry, and specific organisation within that industry. • Understand the nature and importance of assumptions in designing a process • Identify risks and controls you would expect to find in an Order to Cash process. • Use this general understanding as a basis for identifying risks that are unique to an Order to Cash process in a particular industry.
