.Part 1: Choose a job held by a member of your group or a company of your choice and design a recruitment strategy, this report asks that you:

  • develop a job description, including, duties, tasks, and responsibilities, and the knowledge, skills, abilities and other competencies(KSAOs) required for success in the job
  • develop an objective, non-discriminatory recruitment process in order to generate a pool of qualified candidates
  • develop an objective selection process to determine the most appropriate candidate for the job
